Our Story
In 2023, a small women’s group at Hope City Church in Savannah, GA sparked the beginnings of what is now known as the POE Movement. Founded by a U.S. Navy veteran who experienced firsthand the isolation that comes from frequent relocations and career transitions, this intimate gathering quickly transformed into a welcoming space where struggles could be exchanged for support. Today, that modest start has evolved into a nationwide initiative, uniting individuals through authentic, lasting connections and a shared vision of empowerment.

To create supportive and empowering spaces where women and families can connect, uplift one another, and release emotional and physical burdens. Through empowerment events, small groups, social gatherings, and the exchange of physical items The POE Movement will bridge the gap between loneliness and community.
